Holiday Home

As you may wish to use your home as a holiday home, for the wellbeing of your neighbors and the community we have listed below important guidelines for your guests.

  • Respect residential amenities and the security of property and neighbors.
  • Refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behavior.
  • Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors during arrival and departure at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is considered too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbor when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
  • Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
  • Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
  • Guests may not make any alterations in the unit without prior written approval of the Unit owner and a proper permit from the community management.
  • Comply with vehicle parking rules and cause minimum disturbance to others regarding parking.
  • To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with normal practice at the unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas only.
  • Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas.
  • Guests must comply with requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization.
  • Visitors may not remain in the Holiday Home between 12:00 midnight, and 8:00am.
